SECRETARY TO CURRICULUM DIRECTOR/PURCHASING
 

MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a high school graduate with experience in secretarial work.
  • Must be competent in computer use, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Must be able to learn other computer applications used in an educational setting.
  • Must be a team player, customer service oriented, and possess good organizational skills.
  • Some experience in bookkeeping/accounting is a plus.

Duties include: purchasing for the school system, maintaining certification records for certified staff, maintaining budgets for grants and federal programs, and other duties as assigned.
