Experience with menu planning and development
Experience with inventory management 
Bookkeeping/Accounting experience
Experience managing staff
Experience developing training material and implementation
Previous School Nutrition Program experience preferred, but not required
Excellent human relation skills; ability to communicate with and motivate employees
